At the time that you book a reservation (the “Reservation”) with a dive center or liveaboard (the “Dive Operator”) our online reservation platforms www.scubers.com or Scubers mobile application (the “Online Reservations System”), Scubers will collect personal information such as your title, name, email address, telephone number, transfer details, and special requests. We do not store your credit card details. For payments, we use reliable third-party online payment services. We also collect details of your Reservation such as dates, activities, trip itinerary, and price for you and any other persons traveling with you.
Purpose Limitation
We only collect the necessary personal information to provide the Reservation service. This information might include name, email address telephone number, and gender (for safari trip or accommodation sharing requirements). During the stage of payment, we don’t collect your payment details but provide you with a direct link to Stripe, an online payment solution provider.
Use of Personal Information.
We will not use personal information collected from you for any purpose other than to enable you to complete your reservation for services provided by our affiliated operators and to confirm it with the operator; to analyze and improve your experience from using our online platforms www.scubers.com or Scubers mobile; to invite you to write a review of the services provided by the Dive Operator and us; and; if you approve it at the time of collection, to send you promotional communications with offers and deals.

When you place an order through our online reservation platforms, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless you request to delete this information.
